Acorn Lodge join forces with West Smithfield Lodge No.1623!

On Thursday 14 May 2026, members of West Smithfield Lodge No. 1623 joined with Acorn Lodge for a special ceremony celebrating the advancement of two members.

The event brought both Lodges together in a unique demonstration of friendship, tradition and collaboration, with a ceremony that included one of Freemasonry's most symbolic presentations.

The occasion was attended by senior members of West Smithfield Lodge, along with visitors from across the region, many of whom travelled considerable distances to witness the ceremony and support the candidates.

Following the meeting, everyone enjoyed a formal dinner together, providing an opportunity to celebrate the occasion, strengthen friendships and continue the spirit of fellowship.

The evening also raised £250 for charitable causes, reflecting Freemasonry's ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and good causes.
